We've started blogging over at blog.ignitiondevelopment.co.nz. Why another blog? Well, it’s a place where we can talk in a little more detail about some of our projects and day to day musings here at Ignition. We’ll probably be sticking to topics on the themes of web development and .NET related technologies as well as project and customer management.
Our main site has a news section, but that’s really more for titbits of information which might be interesting for our customers, whereas this blog is designed for a more technical audience such as our business partners and friends.
Stay tuned over the next weeks as we get our blogging selves into gear.

GalleryCentric provides artists, art dealers and gallery owners with a new and more dynamic medium to showcase their art. Art lovers can experience art online using the GalleryCentric 3d interactive experience. Artists and Galleries can create an exhibition in a matter of minutes.
Ignition Development is proud to have been involved in this project, and the Exhibition Creator software was truly fun to work on. Their website is also powered by the Site Foundation Framework.
For more information visit the GalleryCentric website or blog.

The last few months have been pretty busy here at Ignition HQ, but we're pleased to say we're close to going live with 3 new customer sites, as well as commencing the second phase of a pretty exciting customer project.
More updates coming soon, but until then if you'd like to talk about a project (or anything else), please get in touch!

We've just updated our site, and we're experimenting with a few things - so please let us know if you spot any glitches!
We're now running the latest version of the Site Foundation Framework, which boasts a lot more features and functionality. In the true spirit of dogfood development, we're running it on our own site as a test.

We've just increased our web hosting capacity by adding a nice shiny Windows 2008 Web server to our infrastructure collection.
The box has the latest and greatest versions of the .NET framework installed, as well as SQL Server 2008, meaning we can offer hosting for ASP.NET MVC applications (or applications which simply utilise ASP.NET 3.5 SP1's URL routing).
This server is fully managed, monitored as well as being backed up (of course), and will be reserved for high volume sites which have demanding resource requirements.
